SPENCER HARDENBROOK, MD

Dr. Spencer Hardenbrook is a native of the Salt Lake Valley. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the prestigious Southern Virginia University before pursuing his Doctor of Medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating in 2012. Dr. Hardenbrook returned to Utah to complete his residency at St. Mark’s Family Medicine, where he served as Chief Resident from 2014 to 2015.
Committed to serving diverse communities, Dr. Hardenbrook has volunteered with Remote Area Medical in rural Tennessee and participated in pediatric medical missions in India and the Dominican Republic. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine.
Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Hardenbrook enjoys spending quality time with his young daughter and his dogs, exploring the outdoors. He is also an accomplished musician, performing original songs and covers as a solo acoustic artist and with a band.

ELIZABETH WRIGHT TIMOTHY, PA

Elizabeth, known as Lizzie, was born and raised in Anaheim, California, and Idaho Falls, Idaho. She earned her undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and completed a Master’s Degree at Jefferson College of Health Sciences in Roanoke, Virginia. Lizzie has extensive experience working in a pediatric psychiatric facility and has a particular interest in orthopedics and dermatology. She has also completed elective rotations in dermatology and cardiology. Recently married, Lizzie is now a proud mother to a beautiful baby girl and cherishes spending quality time with her family.

REBECCA WAITE, FNP

We are pleased to welcome Family Nurse Practitioner Rebecca Waite to Hidden Valley Family Medicine. Rebecca brings extensive experience in the medical field, beginning her career as an RN in 2010 and serving as a Nurse Practitioner for the past six years. Her kindness, insight, and professionalism have already made a strong impression on our team. Rebecca has joined us to provide care during Dr. Hardenbrook’s paternity leave, and we are confident that you will appreciate her compassionate and skilled approach to patient care.

RACHEL RICHARD, PA

Rachel Richard is a board-certified Physician Assistant from Baltimore, Maryland. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Medical Studies and Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from King’s College in Pennsylvania. From an early age, Rachel was drawn to the PA profession by her passion for medicine and dedication to making a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
Rachel is committed to delivering patient-centered, high-quality care and upholds the values of dignity and respect for every individual. Her healthcare approach is grounded in compassionate communication, clinical excellence, and a collaborative mindset that fosters strong partnerships with both patients and the healthcare team.
Outside of her professional career, Rachel enjoys staying active and exploring the outdoors. She is passionate about hiking, skiing, and running, and values spending quality time with her family and friends. Recently married in November 2024, Rachel continues to find balance and fulfillment between her personal and professional life.

MINDY WADE, APRN

Mindy Wade, APRN, affectionately known by family and friends as Mindy Moo, is a board-certified nurse practitioner holding a Master of Science in Nursing from Westminster College. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and brings over 20 years of healthcare experience to her practice.
Mindy’s journey in healthcare began at the age of 19 as a certified nursing assistant (CNA). Determined to advance her education, she supported herself through school and became the first college graduate in her family, earning her registered nurse credential in 2006. Throughout graduate school, she gained invaluable patient care experience and deepened her commitment to providing affordable, personalized healthcare.
Her nursing career encompasses a diverse array of specialties, including cardiac critical care, Life Flight nursing, healthcare practitioner credentialing, geriatrics, and hospice care. Additionally, Mindy has received comprehensive training in Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy, enhancing her ability to offer tailored treatments.
Outside of her professional life, Mindy cherishes time with her husband of 17 years, their 6-year-old twins, and their beloved pets. She is passionate about snowboarding, hiking, camping, and boating, embracing an active lifestyle that fuels her overall well-being.

CORY RICE, PA

Cory is a Utah native, raised in Provo. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science from Utah Valley University and completed his Master’s degree through the University of Utah’s Physician Assistant Program. Professionally, Cory has experience managing group homes for individuals with special needs and has taught anatomy and physiology labs at UVU. 
As a family medicine and urgent care provider, Cory is passionate about serving his community. He is dedicated to patient education and has a particular interest in caring for those with special needs.
Outside of his clinical work, Cory enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Together, they are enthusiastic tabletop gamers, amateur astronomers, and builders of scientific gadgets. They also share a love for outdoor activities, which enriches their family life.

CARLIE HAMILTON, FNP

Carlie Hamilton is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. As an advanced practice nurse, she plays a vital role in diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, and managing a wide range of health concerns. Carlie’s expertise spans all stages of life, from acute injuries to chronic disease management, ensuring personalized care tailored to each patient's unique needs.
With a strong commitment to primary care, Carlie excels in addressing complex health issues while maintaining a compassionate and supportive approach. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Practice from the University of Utah in 2005. Outside of her professional life, Carlie values spending quality time with her family and friends, which enriches her perspective and dedication to holistic patient well-being.
