SPENCER HARDENBROOK, MD

Dr. Hardenbrook is a native of the Salt Lake Valley. He received his bachelor’s degree from the highly acclaimed, Southern Virginia University. He remained in the east as he attended Virginia Commonwealth University, where he received his Doctorate of Medicine in 2012. Dr. Hardenbrook returned to Utah to complete his residency at St. Mark’s Family Medicine where he became Chief Resident in 2014-2015. Dr. Hardenbrook has volunteered his services in rural Tennessee for Remote Area Medical of Tennessee. He has also spent time in India and the Dominican Republic on pediatric medical missions. Dr. Hardenbrook is Board Certified in Family Medicine.

When Spencer is not helping patients, he enjoys spending time with his new darling daughter and with his dogs in the great outdoors. He has also been seen around the country performing original songs as a solo acoustic artist, or in a cover band.

Elizabeth Wright Timothy

ELIZABETH WRIGHT TIMOTHY, PA

Elizabeth, or Lizzie as we know her, was born and raised in Anaheim, CA and Idaho Falls, ID. She received her Undergrad from Brigham Young University and a Master’s Degree at the Jefferson College of Health Sciences in Roanoke, Virginia.

She spent years working at a Pediatric Psych facility and enjoys Ortho and Dermatology, and has worked elective rotations in both dermatology and cardiology.

Lizzie was recently married and just became a mom to a beautiful baby girl! She loves spending time with her family.

We are excited to welcome Family Nurse Practitioner, Rebecca Waite, to our practice! Rebecca has many years of experience in the medical field starting as an RN in 2010. She has spent the last 6 years working as a Nurse Practitioner.

We have been so impressed by her kindness, insightfulness, and competence. She joined us just in time to cover for Dr. Hardenbrook as he is out on paternity leave. We know you will love her too!

Mindy Wade

MINDY WADE, aPRN

Mindy Wade APRN, lovingly referred to by family and friends as Mindy Moo is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a Master’s in Science in Nursing, from Westminster College.  She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and has over 20 years of experience in healthcare. She began her career in healthcare as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) at the spry age of 19 years old. While working as a CNA she put herself through school and graduated as a registered nurse in 2006, the first college graduate in her family! As Mindy worked through graduate school and gained crucial patient experience, she continued to grow her passion for providing affordable and personalized care.

Mindy’s nursing career has reached a full range of care from cardiac critical care, Life Flight nursing, healthcare practitioner credentialing, geriatrics, and hospice care. She has received extensive training in Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy.

When Mindy is not caring for patient’s she enjoys spending time with her husband of 17 years, their 6-year-old twins, and fur-babies. She enjoys snowboarding, hiking, camping, and boating.

Cory Rice

CORY RICE, PA

Cory is a Utah native who was raised in Provo. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science from Utah Valley University and graduated with his Master’s from the University of Utah’s Physician Assistant Program. In his professional life, Cory has managed group homes for people with special needs and has taught anatomy and physiology labs at UVU. Cory enjoys serving people as a family medicine and urgent care provider. As a clinician, Cory enjoys educating patients and has a strong interest in helping care for those with special needs.

Cory enjoys spending time with his wife and three children - they are avid tabletop gamers, amateur astronomers, enjoy building scientific gizmos, and love the outdoors.

CARLIE HAMILTON, FNP

Carlie Hamilton is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). As a FNP, she’s an advanced practice nurse that helps in all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, and providing treatments. Carlie specializes in providing care to patients in all stages of life, from acute injury to chronic disease management. She thrives in the primary care environment and provides excellent care for her patients. She is able to solve complex problems and offers a compassionate attitude toward patients.

Carlie graduated from the University of Utah with her Masters of Science in Nursing/Family Practice in 2005. Carlie cherishes the time that she gets to be with her family and friends.

AMBERLY BRINKERHOFF, Patient Care Coordinator

Amberly Brinkerhoff is the Patient Care Coordinator of our BHRT (Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy) Program and Office Manager. She is the heart of our practice and amazes everyone with her incredible ability to recall everyone’s names, phone numbers, and birthdays! Amberly is a talented medical assistant and rockstar phlebotomist, able to draw blood from the very trickest veins.

Amberly loves spending time at her cabin with her family on weekends. She takes care of everyone and even feeds the birds in her backyard every day!

Sabrina Casper, health coach
